If you have been experiencing issues with logging into the site, creating an account or resetting your password, please note that due to the high volume of traffic during the shows airing, your ability to log in may be impacted.

Some things to try:

- Log in a couple of hours before the show airs and note your Spin ID.

- If you are trying to log in from the home page, go to https://www.wheeloffortune.com/win/secret-santa-giveaway and try to log in there instead.

I am locked out of my account.

I forgot my password, or my password will not work.

Please check that caps lock is not engaged, and be aware that passwords are case sensitive.

If you have not yet reset your password for our new site, you'll need to do so before you can log in. To do that, or if you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. In the log-in area, click the "Forgot Password" link or click here.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click SUBMIT.

An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
