I almost died when I got the email saying I’d been selected as a contestant on Wheel of Fortune!

You see, Wheel is like a religion in my family. I grew up watching it with my parents and have proudly continued the tradition with my two boys — who were right there with me in the audience!

We watch Wheel of Fortune EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT.
In fact, my son Van (yes, Van... imagine if I had a girl! LOL) once said, “Mom, put Wheel of Fortune on!” — and it was a Saturday. I had to gently break the news that Wheel only airs Monday through Friday.

This was truly a life-changing experience.

Wheel of Fortune is a well-oiled machine — from the producers and assistants to the cameramen, dress rehearsals, and practice games — everything was handled with such care and professionalism. They made me feel completely at ease, which I didn’t expect... I really thought I’d be nervous! But instead, the whole day felt fun, exciting, and comfortable — like I was playing from my couch at home, just with cameras and the whole world watching!

I can’t thank the team enough for choosing me and giving me the chance to live out a true DREAM COME TRUE!
