THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES
AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING
AND PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.  PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

1. Sweepstakes Description: The Wheel of Fortune’s Aloha Week Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 2, 2004, and ends at 4:00 p.m. ET on February 7, 2004 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  This Sweepstakes consists of five (5) “individual sweepstakes”.  The entry period for the first four (4) individual sweepstakes are separate from one another and span the respective time periods defined below, while the last individual sweepstakes encompasses the entire Sweepstakes Period (see Entry Deadline Chart (“Chart”) below).  The drawings for the individual sweepstakes are associated with the weekday broadcasts of Wheel of Fortune (“Show”), beginning February 2, 2004, and ending February 6, 2004 (“Show Dates”).  Check local listings for Show schedule, which may be changed or preempted without notice.  As part of the entry process, participants are asked to watch the Show during the Show Dates for the solutions to the “Bonus Round Puzzles” (“Solution”). 

2. How to Enter: Access the Wheel of Fortune Web site located at http://www.wheeloffortune.com (“Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes icon or textlink to access the Sweepstakes home page.  Then, to enter, click on the “Entry Form” textlink and complete and submit a Sweepstakes entry form.  Information required on the Sweepstakes entry form consists of your Email Address, Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Gender (optional), and the Solution to the current Bonus Round Puzzle (collectively, “Entry”).  If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information.  All Entry information must be completed in full.  Solution to the current Bonus Round Puzzle must be correct for Entry to be eligible.  Once an email address has been entered by a participant, that email address cannot be used by any other person for the Sweepstakes.  Only the participant entered under a particular email address may participate in the Sweepstakes.  In order to be eligible for a particular individual sweepstakes drawing, your Entry must be received between the “Start Date and Time” and “End Date and Time” for that particular individual sweepstakes (see Chart below).  Proof of delivery or receipt of Entry will not be deemed by Sony Pictures Television Inc. (“Sponsor”) as proof of receipt by Sponsor.  Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Limit one (1) Entry per email address per person per Show Date.  Entries received in excess of the limit stated above will be disqualified.

3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes and each individual sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of February 2, 2004.  Employees of Sponsor, Sony Pictures Digital Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., King World Productions, Quadra Productions, Inc, the television game show Wheel of Fortune, Pleasant Holidays, LLC, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, participating stations, stations airing Wheel of Fortune, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning.  Five (5) prizes (one (1) prize for each of the five (5) individual sweepstakes drawings).  One (1) of each of the following five (5) Pleasant Holidays’ Hawaii travel destinations (“Hawaii Packages”) will be awarded: Kapalua, Maui (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,200); Ka'anapali Beach, Maui (ARV: $4,600); Kauai (ARV: $5,000); Lanai (ARV: $5,200); and Oahu (ARV: $5,200).  Actual value will depend on point of departure, actual destination, and any airfare fluctuations. Additional compensation will not be made if value of prize is less than ARV.  Total ARV of all prizes: $25,200.  The Hawaii Package awarded on a given Show Date will be featured on the Show.  Each Hawaii Package consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway near winner’s hometown to the applicable Hawaii destination featured on the Show for that individual sweepstakes (air transportation provided only if winner’s hometown is more than 100 miles from the port city); deluxe accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for 6 days/five nights.  Hotel accommodations will be at one of the following, according to the respective Show Date and featured Hawaii Package: the Kapalua Bay Hotel & Ocean Villas (Kapalua, Maui package), The Westin Maui (Ka’anapali Beach, Maui package), Sheraton Kauai Resort (Kauai package), The Manele Bay Hotel (Lanai package), or The Royal Hawaiian (Oahu package); daily economy car rental for all Hawaii Packages except for the Oahu and Lanai package (ground transfers only); and lei greeting.  Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for that particular individual sweepstakes drawing.  The destination awarded for each Show date featured on Show may not be exchanged for another destination except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Once a trip is booked, no cancellations will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Travel must be completed by February 6, 2005.  To accept rental car portion of prize (if applicable), winner must have a valid driver’s license, be 25 years of age or older, and have at least one major credit card in good standing.  Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.  Travel is subject to space availability and black out dates.  All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.  Items not included as part of the prize, which are the sole responsibility of each winner, include ground transportation to and from airport, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, gratuities, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.  Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary.  If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, who must pay all of his/her own expenses unless that person is deemed to be the allotted trip guest.  If a trip guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, who must pay all of his/her own expenses unless that person is deemed to be a winner.  No substitution of prizes, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal value for any reason.  Prize information will be mailed to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. only.  Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. 

5. Drawings and Notification of Winners: For each of the first four (4) individual sweepstakes drawings, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received for that particular individual sweepstakes.  For the last individual sweepstakes drawing, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received over the entire Sweepstakes Period.  All drawings will be conducted on February 18, 2004, by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization.  Except for inclusion in the last individual sweepstakes drawing, non-winning Entries for each of the first four (4) individual sweepstakes will not be retained for subsequent drawings.  Each potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be notified by phone and/or mail within two (2) weeks of the drawing date.  If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.     

6. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”).  Each potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), within five (5) days after receipt or such potential winner may be disqualified.  If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, such winner’s prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.  Guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) of potential winner will be required to execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor requires (“Guest Releases”) within five (5) days after receipt by such potential winner. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release and Guest Release, such winner and guest, respectively, attest to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules.  Once submitted, Entry information becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html, except where prohibited by law, an entrant’s entry into the Sweepstakes and/or a winners’ acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such entrant or winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, winners’ first name, last initial, city and state.  Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities, entrant’s personal information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from those companies. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry form.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web site related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win any prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned (e.g., Show schedule changes), Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof; and, at its sole discretion, Sponsor may, conduct a drawing from all salvageable Entries received, if any.  In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted the winning Entry, the owner of the email account associated with that Entry may be deemed the entrant, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and must comply with these Official Rules and be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

7. Disclaimers: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified.  By entering for this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws; as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, the preemption, cancellation, interruption of Show or any elements of Show as it relates to the Sweepstakes); human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize awarded herein (including, but not limited to, cancellations and delays or any change by the air carrier(s), or other company or any other persons providing any of these services for the winner and his/her guest during the trip the winner won due to reasons beyond control of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities); any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed/duplicate/multiple data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities.  Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Rules/Winners List: For a copy of these Official Rules or the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (with proper postage affixed) to: Wheel of Fortune’s Aloha Week Sweepstakes “Rules”/“Winners List” (specify which), P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510.  All requests must be received by April 6, 2004.  Official Rules will also be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry page during the Sweepstakes Period.  Winners List may be posted on the Web Site.
