TO SOUTH CAROLINA FOR THE FIRST TIME

Three Weeks of Episodes to Tape at The Charleston Area Convention
Center in January 2007

Culver City, CA-November 27, 2006- Wheel of Fortune will travel for the first time to South Carolina, the home state of Vanna White, and tape three weeks of shows from the historic city of Charleston from January 12 to 14, 2007. The episodes, which will be taped at The Charleston Area Convention Center, will air in February 2007.

Three special weeks of shows will spotlight the picturesque landscape of the Lowcountry and its unique landmarks. One week of shows will be dedicated to White's inviting hometown of North Myrtle Beach, located 100 miles north of Charleston. White put this small resort town on the map when she joined Wheel of Fortune in 1982. With Vanna Comes Home Week, fans will discover White's favorite local hangouts, from childhood to present.

"I'm thrilled to take Wheel of Fortune to my birthplace-South Carolina," said White. "I am so proud of where I grew up and want to share the charm of this beautiful state with our viewers."

The series will also tape the star-studded viewer favorite Country Music Stars Week, in which country music fans will be paired with today's top country music recording artists, with the stars' winnings going to their favorite charities. The Charleston shows will air February 5 to 23. A custom-designed set will be constructed at The Charleston Area Convention Center that will feature images of this historic city and capture its southern flavor and enticing points of interest.
